Privacy policy

The data controller for the newsletter and the votes is TBH I/S (CVR 46152948).

When you subscribe, we store your email address, the topics you chose, the time, the language, which site you subscribed from and which version of the consent text you saw. If you subscribe from a game on the wishlist, we also store which game it is, so we can write to the people who asked for it. You must be at least 15 years old.

Until you have confirmed via the email, the signup is held temporarily at Cloudflare. The link works for 24 hours, and the signup is deleted if you do not confirm. Then you are not added to the list. If many people sign up at once, the confirmation email may be sent later. The signup then waits at most 7 days to be sent, and the link works for 24 hours from when you receive the email. For ten minutes we also keep a hash of the email address, so the same address does not receive several confirmation mails in a row.

A vote on the wishlist is stored as an anonymous number per game. To limit votes to one per game per day and to curb abuse, we use your IP address as the key for a rate limit at Cloudflare. The key expires after one day at most and is not linked to your vote or your email.

Resend (USA) sends our emails and stores the contact list, and Cloudflare stores the temporary data and the vote counts. Both are data processors for us. Resend stores your contact details in the USA on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses in Resend’s data processing agreement. We keep your signup until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

You can unsubscribe from each topic separately via the link in every mail. Write to kontakt@tbh.dk if you want access to or deletion of your data.

The newsletter uses no tracking pixels and no tracked links. We do not measure who opens mails or clicks links.

The newsletter is for people aged 15 or older. If we find a signup from someone under 15, we delete the data.

After you unsubscribe, we keep the documentation of your consent for 2 years after we last used it and then delete it. It shows that we were allowed to write to you.

You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk), if you think we handle your data wrongly.

The Nordvec box is a separate consent given to another company. If you tick it, your email address is sent directly from your browser to Nordvec ApS, which is the data controller for that signup. TBH I/S does not receive or store the address or your choice.
